The Sixth National Seminar on Coastal Zone Management in Cambodia was held on 25th-26th April at Golden Sea, Sihanoukville of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the participation of the National Coastal Steering Committee, MoE's focal point, line-ministries, environment and natural resources monitoring officials, project staff, CRC coordinators, commune councils, communities, selected households, NGOs and projects representatives.

After the official opening session under the presidency of H.E. Khong Samnuon, Secretary of State of Ministry of Environment, Mr. Vann Monyneath, a National Project Coordinator and Technical Deputy General Director of MoE has provided the workshop's objective with reviewing the 5th National Seminar's recommendations for consideration and its achievement results to the whole participants.

Follow up by, Mr. Jens Erick Lyngby, the CZM project advisor, oriented with his key note address went through the abstraction of State of Environment and Socioeconomic Report, which contributed to the formulation of coastal resources management planning.
